Position: Education Program Manager

Location: Global Innovation Institute, Global Innovation City, Tel Aviv, Israel

Overview: Global Innovation Institute is seeking an experienced Education Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The Education Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our education programs, including curriculum development, program implementation, and evaluation. This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive education programs to meet the needs of our target audience
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify program goals, objectives, and outcomes
• Create and maintain program budgets, timelines, and resources
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform program development and improvements
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers
• Ensure program compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and other strategic partners
• Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure program impact and outcomes
• Prepare and present program reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in education and program management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in program management, preferably in the education sector
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, program evaluation, and project management principles
• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing education programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Passion for education and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
