Position Title: Instructional Design Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective learning materials and programs that will enhance the overall learning experience for our employees. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and various stakeholders to develop engaging and interactive instructional materials that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design instructional materials, including but not limited to, e-learning courses, training manuals, job aids, and other learning assets using instructional design principles and strategies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, content, and assessments for training programs.
• Utilize various instructional design models and methods to create effective and engaging learning experiences for employees.
• Use multimedia tools to design and develop interactive and visually appealing learning materials.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely delivery of learning materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary revisions to improve learning outcomes.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in instructional design and adult learning principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies.
• Experience with e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
