Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mediation, conflict resolution, psychology, sociology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mediation or conflict resolution.
Certification in mediation or conflict resolution preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain unbiased and neutral in high-stress situations.
