Position: Senior Accountant

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management
• Monitor and maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Supervise and train junior accounting staff
• Handle ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or other relevant certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
