Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Development Manager to join our team. As a Senior Program Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization by leading the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and oversee the execution of innovative programs that align with our company's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new programs and initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry, and utilize this information to inform program development strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to develop and implement program plans that meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support program development and implementation.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor and report on program performance and effectiveness, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, and use this knowledge to enhance existing programs and develop new ones.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learning within the program development team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program development, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs or initiatives.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
