Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic insights and recommendations to our clients, helping them navigate complex business challenges and achieve their growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex strategy consulting projects from start to finish, including scoping, research, analysis, and delivery of recommendations
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscape, market trends, and potential risks for our clients
• Develop and deliver high-quality strategic recommendations, supported by data and insights, to drive business growth and transformation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that address our clients' unique challenges and objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on strategic initiatives
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their consulting skills and achieve their career goals
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with existing and potential clients
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our consulting capabilities and deliver value to our clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex consulting projects and delivering impactful recommendations to clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically to identify and address business challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and recommendations to diverse stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
• Willingness to travel as needed to client sites
