Position: Technology Education Instructor

Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Technology Education Instructor to join our team. As a Technology Education Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive technology education programs for students of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and interactive technology education courses that align with curriculum standards and objectives.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to facilitate learning, such as hands-on projects, group activities, and online tools.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback through regular evaluations and assignments.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that integrate technology education with other subjects.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements to continuously enhance the curriculum and teaching methods.
• Mentor and guide students in exploring different technology fields and career paths to help them make informed decisions about their future.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to provide students with real-world learning opportunities and experiences.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and any concerns or achievements.
• Participate in professional development activities and attend conferences and workshops to stay updated with the latest education strategies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technology Education Instructor or a similar role.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging technology trends and their application in education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for teaching and a creative approach to engaging students in learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Valid teaching certification or licensure (preferred).
