Job Title: Fashion Designer

Location: Kuching, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to develop new and innovative designs.
• Collaborate with the design team to create mood boards, sketches, and detailed technical drawings.
• Utilize various design software and tools to bring your ideas to life.
• Source and select materials, fabrics, trims, and embellishments for each collection.
• Oversee the production process to ensure that designs are accurately executed and delivered on time.
• Attend fittings and make necessary adjustments to garments.
• Manage and maintain an organized portfolio of designs and collections.
• Stay updated on the latest industry developments, techniques, and technologies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our brand's vision, target audience, and market competition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of design techniques, garment construction, and production processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
