Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and develop a deep understanding of our company's products, services, and target audience.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify learning objectives and design appropriate instructional strategies.
Design and develop engaging and interactive curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, activities, and multimedia content.
Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the curriculum.
Continuously review and update existing curriculum to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback from learners to make necessary improvements to the curriculum.
Collaborate with the instructional design team to incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.
Ensure that all curriculum materials comply with copyright and accessibility standards.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through data analysis and make recommendations for improvement.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning and development to enhance the curriculum.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development.
Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Experience working with subject matter experts and designing curriculum for various learning modalities.
Proficient in using authoring tools and multimedia software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
