Job Overview: As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a key role in assisting our senior bankers in executing a variety of financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial models to support the execution of transactions
• Perform industry and company research to assist in identifying potential opportunities for clients
• Prepare pitch materials and presentations for client meetings and new business opportunities
• Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients
• Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing and analyzing financial statements and other relevant documentation
• Monitor market trends and provide insights on potential impacts to clients' businesses
• Support the team in managing relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders
• Participate in client meetings and calls, taking detailed notes and contributing to discussions as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
• Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Series 79 and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of employment)
