Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling any discrepancies.
Source and order parts from various suppliers to fulfill customer orders and maintain inventory levels.
Track and monitor parts orders to ensure timely delivery and communicate any delays to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns regarding parts orders.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential parts sales opportunities and provide support in closing deals.
Process returns and exchanges of parts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers with selecting the right parts for their needs.
Maintain a clean and organized parts department to facilitate efficient operations and create a positive customer experience.
Assist with physical inventory counts and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of parts and their applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Forklift certification and experience operating a forklift is an asset.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
