Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all household needs, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and organizing paperwork
Plan and prepare meals for the family, taking into consideration any dietary restrictions or preferences
Manage household finances, including budgeting, bill payments, and tracking expenses
Provide transportation for family members to appointments, events, and activities
Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the household, including laundry, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping
Assist with childcare duties, including picking up/dropping off children, helping with homework, and planning activities
Act as a liaison between the family and other household staff, such as cleaners, gardeners, and contractors
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the family, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries
Assist with event planning and organization, such as birthday parties and family gatherings
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a private household
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Knowledge of household management and basic cooking skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
