Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Education Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing educational programs and initiatives for our organization. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to ensure the success of our education programs and promote a positive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives in alignment with the organization's mission and values.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create engaging and effective lesson plans and learning activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external partners and resources to enhance the educational experience for students.
• Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and other educational events for teachers and staff.
• Create and maintain a database of educational resources, including books, materials, and online tools.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of teachers and volunteers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote educational programs and events to the community.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in education to ensure our programs remain relevant and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience in education coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Passion for working with children and promoting their education.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
