Job Description: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of sales associates and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure that they meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability

Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to meet sales targets

Manage inventory levels and ensure that the store is well-stocked at all times

Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them grow and develop

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations

Set and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organized store environment

Plan and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store

Prepare and manage store budgets, including payroll, expenses, and revenue goals

Collaborate with other store managers and corporate team to share best practices and contribute to company-wide initiatives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
