Job Title: Executive Coach

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Executive Coach to join our team. As an Executive Coach, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their professional goals and enhance their leadership skills. You will work with a diverse group of individuals, including C-suite executives, business leaders, and high-potential employees, to identify their strengths and areas for improvement and provide personalized coaching to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' strengths, weaknesses, and developmental needs.
• Develop customized coaching plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to help clients improve their leadership skills, communication, decision-making, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic goals and create action plans to achieve them.
• Utilize various coaching techniques, including active listening, asking powerful questions, and providing feedback, to support clients' growth and development.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust coaching plans as needed to ensure their success.
• Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for clients, offering support, guidance, and accountability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on the latest coaching methodologies and techniques to continuously improve coaching services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in coaching C-suite executives and business leaders.
• Extensive knowledge of coaching methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of leadership and organizational development.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Certified coach credential (e.g., ICF, IAC, or WABC) is a plus.
