Job Title: Health Insurance Specialist

Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health Insurance Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide guidance on the best health insurance options available
• Assist clients with the enrollment process by explaining the application requirements, deadlines, and eligibility criteria

• Communicate with insurance providers to verify coverage, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on claims

• Stay updated on the latest changes and developments in health insurance policies, regulations, and procedures
• Educate clients on their insurance coverage, benefits, and any changes that may affect their policies
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to clients' inquiries and concerns
• Identify and resolve any issues or complaints related to insurance coverage, claims, or payments
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in the health insurance field

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health insurance or a related field
• Strong understanding of health insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with insurance management software is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing quality service
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
