Job Title: Fashion Production Director

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Production Director to join our dynamic and fast-paced fashion company. As the Fashion Production Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process of our fashion products, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong managerial and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and strategies in collaboration with the design, merchandising, and sales teams to meet the company's overall business objectives
• Oversee the entire production process, from sourcing raw materials to final product delivery, ensuring quality control at every stage
• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure cost-effective and timely production
• Monitor and analyze production costs and budget, making necessary adjustments to ensure profitability
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resolving any production-related issues
• Lead and manage a team of production managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective production operations
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure production feasibility and cost-effectiveness of new designs
• Stay updated on industry trends and standards, making recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures
• Ensure compliance with ethical and sustainable production practices, as well as health and safety regulations
• Oversee the production schedule and manage any delays or issues that may arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field
• Proven experience as a Production Director or similar role in the fashion industry
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, materials, and techniques
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
