Position: Production Line Operator

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Line Operator to join our team. As a Production Line Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line, which plays a crucial role in meeting our production targets and delivering high-quality products to our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and guidelines
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure production line is running at optimal levels
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions or supply shortages
• Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime
• Follow all safety protocols and report any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel
• Keep accurate records of production output, including production logs, downtime reports, and quality control checks
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met and to identify areas for process improvement

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus
• 2+ years of experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed
