Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive leisure program that caters to the diverse needs of our clients
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the integration of leisure activities into our overall service offerings
Conduct extensive research and analysis to identify current and upcoming trends in the leisure industry
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing leisure programs and make necessary adjustments to meet the changing needs of our clients
Create and manage budgets for all leisure programs and ensure they are implemented within the allocated resources
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of leisure program coordinators to assist in the planning and execution of various activities
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all leisure activities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards are met
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance the variety and quality of our leisure program offerings
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote leisure programs and increase participation from our clients
Monitor and track attendance, feedback, and satisfaction levels of clients participating in leisure programs
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on the performance and impact of leisure programs
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines for all leisure programs
Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate innovative ideas and concepts into our leisure program offerings
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both clients and staff to promote engagement and participation in leisure activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Leisure Management, Recreation, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing leisure programs
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and external partners
Proficient in budget management and financial analysis
In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices in leisure program management
Creative, innovative, and adaptable mindset to continuously improve and enhance leisure programs
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to oversee and participate in leisure activities as needed
