Position: Financial Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting financial data to support decision-making and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, planning, and strategic decision-making
• Analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data from various sources
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue growth
• Conduct research and market analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial processes and policies
• Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• CPA or CFA certification is preferred
