Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Program Development team to identify and evaluate potential programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and mission.
Conduct extensive research to gather information and data to support program development.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, Communications, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of programs.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Create and manage budgets for programs, ensuring all expenses are within the allocated budget.
Monitor and track program progress, providing regular updates to the Program Development team and key stakeholders.
Develop program evaluation metrics and tools to measure the impact and success of programs.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to raise awareness and support for programs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development or project management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Passionate about social impact and making a difference in the community.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
