Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum plan for all grade levels and subject areas
Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the curriculum plan
Conduct regular reviews and updates of the curriculum to ensure it meets educational standards and best practices
Facilitate and lead curriculum planning meetings with teachers and administrators
Monitor and assess student performance and provide recommendations for curriculum enhancements or modifications as needed
Coordinate with textbook and educational material vendors to ensure timely delivery and appropriate use of materials
Research and incorporate new teaching methods, technologies, and resources into the curriculum
Provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing the curriculum effectively
Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their understanding and use of the curriculum
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of curriculum with school-wide goals and initiatives
Keep abreast of educational trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvements to the curriculum

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or coordination, preferably in an educational setting
Strong knowledge of educational standards and best practices
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Passion for education and commitment to providing quality education to students
