Position: Curriculum Development Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative curricula that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning materials for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify learning needs and gaps within the organization
• Design and develop new curriculum and update existing curriculum to ensure it is relevant and meets the needs of the target audience
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content for learning materials
• Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum
• Review and recommend new learning technologies and tools to enhance the delivery of training
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Provide guidance and support to instructional designers and other team members
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the curriculum
• Monitor and report on the progress and success of the curriculum to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Experience working with subject matter experts and managing multiple projects
• Proficient in learning management systems and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is a plus
