Job Description: As the Director of Education Programs, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational programs, including curriculum development, program implementation, and evaluation. You will work closely with our program coordinators, instructors, and other team members to ensure that our programs are aligned with our mission and goals. You will also be responsible for managing program budgets, identifying and securing funding opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for our education programs in line with the organization's mission and vision.
• Manage and supervise program coordinators and instructors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Oversee the development and implementation of program curricula, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into our programs.
• Identify and secure funding opportunities through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Monitor program budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, community organizations, and government agencies.
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education to inform program development and delivery.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on program progress, budget status, and future plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and program evaluation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and securing funding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
