Job Description: As a Messenger Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting packages and documents to various locations within a specified timeframe. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of important items to our clients, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver packages and documents to assigned locations
• Plan and follow the most efficient route for each delivery, taking into consideration traffic conditions and time constraints
• Ensure all packages and documents are properly secured and protected during transportation
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with customers and respond to any inquiries or concerns in a friendly and helpful manner
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and obtain necessary signatures and receipts from recipients
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while on the road
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in delivery or transportation is an asset
• Familiarity with local roads and routes
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages up to 50lbs
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed
