Job Title: Education Program Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Education Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing various educational programs for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for students, educators, and community members
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure program objectives are aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct research and analysis to identify program needs and trends
• Create program materials and resources such as lesson plans, curriculum guides, and assessment tools
• Train and support educators and volunteers involved in program delivery
• Coordinate logistics for program events, workshops, and conferences
• Establish partnerships and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders
• Monitor program outcomes and provide regular reports to management
• Manage program budget and ensure funds are allocated appropriately
• Stay updated on the latest educational trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
