Position: Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing aircraft and their components to ensure they are in safe and proper operating condition. This is a vital role in our company as it ensures the safety of our passengers and the successful operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft, including but not limited to, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks as per manufacturer's instructions and company procedures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on aircraft.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is airworthy.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, including parts used and time spent on each task.
• Communicate any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in continuous training and education to stay current with industry standards and regulations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on aircraft.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and their functions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
