Job Overview: As an Express Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the express delivery process. This includes coordinating with clients, handling shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring all packages are delivered on time and in good condition. You will work closely with our team of drivers and logistics personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire express delivery process, from receiving shipment requests to final delivery.
• Communicate with clients to understand their delivery needs and provide them with timely updates on the status of their shipments.
• Coordinate with drivers to plan and optimize delivery routes.
• Monitor and track delivery progress, ensuring that all packages are delivered on time.
• Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the delivery process.
• Ensure that all packages are properly handled and delivered in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or delivery industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for tracking and managing deliveries.
• Knowledge of delivery and logistics processes and best practices.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
