Position: Printing Production Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Printing Production Manager to join our team. As a Printing Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire printing process from start to finish. This includes managing the production team, ensuring quality control, and meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of printing operators and technicians
• Create production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee the printing process, from pre-press to finishing, to ensure quality and accuracy
• Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Identify and troubleshoot any production issues that may arise
• Develop and implement production policies and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in printing technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in printing production management
• Proven track record of successfully managing a production team and meeting production goals
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, equipment, and materials
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
