Job Title: Food and Beverage Director

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Director to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and possess exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and maintain the overall profitability of our food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the food and beverage department in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including but not limited to menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Conduct regular analysis of sales and expenses and make necessary adjustments to maximize profitability.
• Create and maintain strong partnerships with food and beverage vendors to ensure the procurement of high-quality products at competitive prices.
• Hire, train, and mentor food and beverage staff to ensure exceptional service and maintain high standards of performance.
• Develop and implement training programs to continuously improve the skills and knowledge of food and beverage staff.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to create and implement promotions and special events to drive revenue growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to make necessary adjustments and improvements to our food and beverage operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or resort.
• Proven track record of successfully managing food and beverage operations and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
