Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Philanthropy Manager to join our team. As a Philanthropy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise funds for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the philanthropic landscape and the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive philanthropy strategy to meet the organization's fundraising goals
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
• Manage a portfolio of major donors and oversee all aspects of their giving, including solicitation, stewardship, and recognition
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns
• Plan and execute fundraising events to engage donors and increase awareness of our organization's mission
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of donations
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in philanthropy to continuously improve fundraising strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or sales
• Proven track record of successfully securing major gifts and meeting fundraising targets
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of fundraising software and databases
• Passion for philanthropy and making a positive impact in the community
