Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our food and beverage department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing inventory and costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the overall performance of the food and beverage department
• Oversee and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory levels and control costs to meet budgetary guidelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best quality and pricing for products
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas
• Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency
• Create and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the food and beverage department
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and promote food and beverage offerings and events
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular audits to evaluate the performance of the food and beverage department and make necessary improvements
• Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments to continuously improve the food and beverage offerings and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role
• Proven track record of successfully managing food and beverage operations and achieving financial targets
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, best practices, and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point of sale systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
