Job Title: Instructional Design Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Instructional Design Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in instructional design and technology to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can collaborate with various stakeholders to design, develop, and implement learning solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives for various employee development programs
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform the design and development of engaging and effective learning solutions
• Design and develop a variety of learning materials, including instructor-led training, e-learning courses, job aids, and other instructional materials
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, simulations, and games, to enhance the learning experience
• Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to create visually appealing and engaging learning materials
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology to continuously improve learning solutions
• Manage and maintain learning management systems and other learning technologies
• Provide support and guidance to trainers and facilitators on the delivery of learning solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of learning solutions
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing learning materials to ensure they are relevant and effective

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, and/or Camtasia
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging learning solutions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
• Passion for education and learning with a growth mindset
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
