Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and improve efficiency.
Plan and coordinate the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of petroleum products.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Manage the refinery's budget and control costs to maximize profitability.
Lead and motivate a team of operators, engineers, and technicians to achieve operational excellence.
Develop and implement safety and environmental policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to optimize plant performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices to improve operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in refinery operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of refinery processes and equipment.
Proven track record of successfully managing a refinery operation and meeting production targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Sound understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
