About the Role: CommCraft Corp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective PR strategies to enhance our brand image and reputation. You will also be responsible for managing media relations and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic PR plans to increase brand awareness and promote company initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and maximize exposure
• Create compelling and engaging press releases, articles, and other PR materials to showcase company news and achievements
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide reports to senior management on PR performance and ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to align PR strategies with overall marketing and business objectives
• Plan and execute media events, press conferences, and other PR activities to generate media interest and coverage
• Act as a spokesperson for the company and handle media inquiries and interviews
• Manage crisis communication and act as a liaison between the company and the media during sensitive situations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, as well as competitor PR activities, to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
• Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals to ensure their professional growth and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in a managerial role
• Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and securing positive media coverage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong media relations and networking abilities
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to think outside the box
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills
