Position: Biotechnology Product Manager

About the role: As a Biotechnology Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and management of biotechnology products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including research and development, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs to ensure the success of the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the successful launch and growth of biotechnology products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to drive product innovation and development.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute product marketing plans and campaigns.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product positioning and pricing.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use this knowledge to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including KOLs, customers, and internal teams.
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to sales teams to ensure their understanding and ability to effectively communicate product benefits.
• Monitor and report on product sales, market trends, and customer feedback to inform future product development and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of biotechnology products and their market landscape.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
