Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Record and analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve any quality issues
Conduct quality audits and inspections of production processes to identify potential areas for improvement
Maintain and update quality control documentation and records
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding quality standards and issues
Train and mentor new quality control inspectors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and statistical process control
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and deviations from quality standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using computer programs and databases
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to quality control
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
