Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create curriculum plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including lesson plans, presentations, activities, assessments, and other instructional materials.
Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Conduct thorough research and incorporate current industry trends and best practices into curriculum development.
Ensure that all learning materials are aligned with relevant standards and regulations.
Work closely with the multimedia team to develop multimedia and digital learning materials.
Conduct regular evaluations and updates to existing curricula to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
Collaborate with the training team to provide support and guidance in the delivery of training programs.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and instructional methods to continuously improve curriculum development processes and techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories.
Experience with curriculum development for both traditional and online learning environments.
Proficient in using instructional design software and authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
