Salary: EUR: €21,000 - €34,000 per year

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Education Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our AI education programs, ensuring their success and growth. You will work closely with our team of experts to design, implement, and continuously improve our curriculum, ensuring that our programs are engaging, relevant, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage our AI education programs, including curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the content of our programs is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with industry standards.
• Monitor and track program performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure success and meet program goals.
• Oversee the recruitment and training of program instructors, ensuring their knowledge and expertise aligns with program objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to promote and expand our programs.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute strategies for program promotion and outreach.
• Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and education, identifying opportunities for program growth and improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates on program performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management, preferably in the field of AI.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of AI technologies and their applications in education.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, instructional design, and program evaluation.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of program development and growth.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
