We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sustainability Coordinator.

Position Overview: As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving the company's sustainability efforts and initiatives. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement strategies that align with our sustainability goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on our progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations and business decisions.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability.
• Identify and implement sustainable practices that reduce the company's carbon footprint and promote resource conservation.
• Monitor and report on the company's sustainability progress, including tracking key performance indicators and preparing reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, community organizations, and government agencies, to promote sustainability initiatives.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings through sustainable practices.
• Educate and engage employees on sustainability initiatives and encourage their participation.
• Coordinate and participate in sustainability-related events and conferences.
• Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations related to sustainability and ensure the company's compliance.
• Act as a sustainability ambassador for the company, promoting our commitment to sustainability both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sustainability role.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.
