Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, group discussions, and hands-on activities, to engage and challenge students.
• Conduct research in your area of expertise and publish findings in reputable journals and conferences.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters, providing guidance and support for their personal and professional growth.
• Participate in departmental and institutional committees to contribute to the development and improvement of academic programs.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements and trends in the education field, incorporating them into teaching and research activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on research projects and publications to promote interdisciplinary learning and research.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior faculty members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the department.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Education or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
• A strong record of research and publications in reputable journals and conferences.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and implementation.
• Proven ability to mentor and advise students from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
