Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Academic Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our academic programs, ensuring their success and growth. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the academic programs, including curriculum development, student recruitment, and retention.
• Collaborate with faculty members to ensure the quality of the academic programs and align them with industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of academic coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the academic programs, including admissions, student services, and marketing.
• Oversee the budget for the academic programs, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for program growth, and develop and implement action plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with industry leaders and academic partners to enhance the reputation and credibility of our academic programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the academic programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the academic programs, and make necessary adjustments to improve their effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards for the academic programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in academic program management, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of curriculum development and academic program management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing strategies to improve program growth and student retention.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and regulations for academic programs.
