Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning goals and objectives for different courses and programs
Design and develop curriculum materials such as lesson plans, course outlines, assessments, and learning activities
Ensure that all curriculum materials align with the learning objectives and instructional goals
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development
Incorporate various instructional strategies and techniques to enhance the learning experience
Use a variety of media and technology to create interactive and engaging learning materials
Work closely with instructional designers and other team members to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the curriculum
Revise and update existing curriculum materials based on feedback and evaluations
Collaborate with other departments to integrate new curriculum into existing programs
Develop and maintain documentation and records related to curriculum development

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Experience with designing and developing curriculum for both traditional and online learning environments
Proficient in using authoring tools and learning management systems
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
