Position: Director of Education Programs

As the Director of Education Programs, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's education programs. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive education program strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
• Oversee the design and delivery of educational programs for students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and enhance curriculum, instructional materials, and resources.
• Lead a team of education program managers and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs, making data-driven decisions to improve program outcomes.
• Develop and manage the education program budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Establish and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to promote our programs and expand our reach.
• Represent the organization at conferences, events, and meetings to advocate for education and showcase our programs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in education to continually improve our programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment methods.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful education programs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Passion for education and making a positive impact on the lives of students and teachers.
• Availability to travel as needed.
