Job Overview: As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, from product sourcing to delivery. You will work closely with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services. Your main goal will be to optimize the supply chain and drive efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Source new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the supply chain processes and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and international trade is a plus
