We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Validation Analyst to join our team and help us ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Job Summary: As a Data Validation Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and timely data validation to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors. You will work closely with our data management team to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data
• Collaborate with data management team to develop and implement data validation processes
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve data quality
• Communicate any data issues or concerns to the appropriate teams
• Develop and maintain documentation of data validation processes and results
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data validation
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve data quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data validation, data analysis, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with large datasets is a plus
