Position: Railroad Production Manager

Location: Guangzhou, China

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Railroad Production Manager to join our team. As the Railroad Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process for our railroad operations. This includes managing a team of production workers, ensuring production targets are met, and implementing efficient processes to improve overall productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in railroad operations and a proven track record of managing a production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of production workers to ensure they are meeting production targets and adhering to safety protocols.
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and smooth operation of all railroad production activities.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Train and develop production workers to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards related to railroad production.

Qualifications:
