Job Title: Curriculum Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team. As a Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative and effective curricula for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to create engaging and impactful learning materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and curriculum development, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop effective course content.
• Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including presentations, activities, assessments, and other learning resources.
• Use instructional design principles and methodologies to create learner-centered curricula that align with business objectives.
• Ensure all course materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze feedback to continually improve and update existing curricula.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of curricula into the organization's learning programs.
• Provide guidance and support to instructional designers and other team members as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using instructional design software and learning management systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and interactive learning materials.
