Job Title: Data Quality Controller

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Quality Controller to join our team. As a Data Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data within our organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify and resolve data quality issues, as well as implement processes and procedures to maintain data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct data audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify data quality issues and develop action plans to address them.
• Monitor data quality metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Perform data cleansing and de-duplication activities to improve data accuracy.
• Implement data governance processes to ensure data is managed and maintained correctly.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data mapping documents.
• Train and educate employees on data quality standards and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data quality management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data quality control or data management.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles, data governance, and data management processes.
• Experience with data profiling and data cleansing tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
