Job Description: Fabric Wear is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fabric Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Fabric Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient production of high-quality fabrics for our company.Reporting to the Fabric Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production process from start to finish. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure that all fabrics are produced according to our specifications and meet our quality standards. You will also collaborate with our vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any production issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to understand fabric requirements and ensure that all materials are ordered in a timely manner
• Work closely with production team to create production schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of finished fabrics
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any production issues
• Conduct quality checks on all incoming materials and finished fabrics to ensure they meet our standards
• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and coordinate with purchasing team to order additional materials as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and update production reports for management
• Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and implement cost-saving measures
• Train and supervise production staff to ensure they adhere to production schedules and meet quality standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fabric production techniques and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Fashion Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabric production or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of fabric production processes and techniques
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
